i really wanted to be 128 today and when i weighed myself just a little bit ago when i woke up i was at 127.5 so i'm happy. for now. ive been doing good on my intake lately. my fast went well the other day. yesteday was only 470 and today everything i have planned so far adds up to 285. I'm on day 3 of the ABC diet and today's allowed intake is 300. i wish i was more motivated to work out tho. i was planning on working out yesterday but ended up not even tho i had tons of time =( hopefully i will today. i wanna burn 500+ calories on the treadmil. maybe do some more on the bike then. i'm not sure yet. sometime today i need to go to the grocery store and get some lettuce cuz just last night i realized we're out and i need some today for my dinner. i'll prolly go do that soon actually...
i work at the hotel from 4-9 tonight. yay for not being home around dinner haha. well i need to go get that lettuce so i'm out for now. have a good day ladies...

fasting
i didn't sleep very good last night =( i'm pretty tired now. i babysit 9-1 and then i work at the hotel 4-9. yesterday i did so good with my food intake and then after work i was sooo hungry and i ended up binging at mcdonalds =( ive been stuck at 129 lbs for about the past week now. i really want to make it down to 125 by friday so i'm fasting today and maybe tomorrow. 14 more hours to go today lol. at least i'll be out of the house for the most part. i'll prolly come straight home from work and go to bed so i dont get tempted and ruin it lol. maybe i'll update first. i'll see how im feeling. well i'm off to go get ready to babysit. have a good day everyone! =)

A Little About Me...
my name is T. i'm 20 years old and i live in ohio, US. i've had ednos for a few years now and everyday has been a constant struggle. a few things i like to occupy my time with to keep my mind off food are painting, reading, drawing, writing, and working. i babysit 3 kids part time and then i also have a part time job at a hotel working at the front desk. i really like working at the hotel. it keeps me away from food and i work 2nd shift so i'm out of the house for dinner =D i also like listening to music, watching movies, and being with my boyfriend. it really sucks because he lives in vermont right now but i love him to death and sometimes i feel like he's the only thing i have left. at least the only good thing i have left. anyways, enough about that for now. i just started this blog as a place for me to talk about some of my struggles and vent basically. we'll see how it goes =)
